By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We provide digital services including email marketing, web development, automation scripts, and AI agents. All services are provided subject to these terms and any specific agreements.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in the currency specified for your region. Payment terms vary by package:
Starter & Growth
50% upfront, 50% on completion
Automation & AI Power
40% upfront, 40% mid-project, 20% on completion
Enterprise Package
30% upfront, 40% mid-project, 30% on completion
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the services and deliverables remain with us until full payment is received, at which point they transfer to the client.
5. Warranty and Support
We provide a 3-month warranty on all delivered work (6 months for Enterprise packages). Bug fixes are included during the warranty period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
